Our lives have been made very difficult and although we are thankful for what we do have, we live without many necessary things, and don’t know how we will pay for the justice we need.

We have been told that the outcome of our situation does not depend on the truth!

What matters in a Courtroom is Expert Witness opinions, which often directly corelates to how much money you can put towards these reports. We in good faith acquired and presented to the defendents all of the Expert Witness reports as requested of us in 2004. The Defence were given a deadline to complete their inspections in 2004.
They sent in 2 Expert witness in 2004, one of whom came back and looked around our property again after dark and questioned our neighbours about what they thought about all of this. Even though the defence were given a deadline to complete inspections in 2004, the Defence insisted on sending in more Experts in 2008, Now, Spring 2009 they are planning more Expert Witness Inspections, including one at where we currently are living. In an attempted mediation meeting in 2008, the Defendents’ presented hostile Expert Witness reports dating back to 2004 after saying that they would not be contesting our Expert Witness reports. We have been advised that we now must aquire more Expert Witness reports, to even have a chance before we go to court.

Clearly this not fair and not right.
